AI characters and content pipelines

I build AI characters for brands that need a face, not a film crew.

One character, built once — the same face across every post, ad and video. Photoreal, not generic AI.

01 / THE WORK

Characters on the roster.

Eight characters, eight different worlds. Each one stays itself across every frame.

02 / HOW IT'S BUILT

One face. Every angle.

Before a character posts anything, it goes through a turnaround: every angle shot and locked. That reference is what keeps the face identical scene after scene.

→ This sheet is the source of truth. Every later image is checked against it.

03 / METHOD

Not button-pressing. A process.

What keeps a character on-brand at scale — and out of the uncanny valley.

Character bible

Built to be reused

Look, proportions, wardrobe, voice and backstory documented — so the character survives across hundreds of outputs.

Prompt system

Micro-movement library

A 10-part parameter system for camera, face, body and fabric — controlled, lifelike motion instead of random drift.

Color & retouch

Killing the AI look

Years of grading and retouching applied on top — the output reads photoreal, not synthetic plastic.

04 / PIPELINES

Or I build the machine.

Past a single character: a production line that turns one format into finished episodes — week after week.

Source Script Voice Assembly Publish

Semi-automatic

  • Every stage runs on a script; you approve at each gate
  • Speed of automation, control of a human eye
  • Best when quality and brand safety matter

Fully automatic

  • Hands-off batch production once the format is locked
  • Daily or weekly output without you in the loop
  • Built on your stack, handed over documented
05 / WHO IT'S FOR

Who hires a face.

Brands

  • A mascot for a niche with no trusted face (fintech, crypto, B2B)
  • UGC-style ad avatars — no talent, no usage fees, no reshoots
  • An always-on brand ambassador across markets and languages

Channels

  • A virtual host for a faceless YouTube / TikTok channel
  • Recurring series leads — same character every episode
  • Scale daily content without being on camera

06 / ENGAGEMENT

Ways to work.

Ranges, not traps. Final quote after a short brief.

Quick character
$250

Name, look, 30–60 images. Ready to post in a couple of days. You own it.

Deep character
$45 / hr

Lore, personality, wardrobe — plus video and voice. From 2 weeks. Typically $900–1800; exact scope set on a call.

Custom
Let's talk

A batch of characters, a full cast for a project, or a character handed to your team.

Arttom
07 / ABOUT

I'm a producer and colorist. I don't just generate images — I build a character bible and a prompt system, so your character stays reusable and on-brand at scale.

The color and retouch background is the part most "AI influencer guys" don't have — it's why the result reads as a real face you can hire once and run forever.

Open for new characters

Need a face for your brand?

Tell me the niche and the format. I'll send back a character direction.

08 / FAQ

Before you ask.

Who owns the character?

You do. The character, its likeness and all generated content are yours, with full commercial rights — handed over at the end of the build.

How long does a build take?

A single character bible plus a starter set typically lands within [X] days. Series and multi-character casts take longer — scoped in the brief.

How consistent is it, really?

Same face across scenes, outfits and formats — see the Consistency section. Edge cases get flagged and fixed before delivery.

Do you handle ongoing content?

Yes — monthly batches of posts, ads or episodes on the same character. See Engagement.
